If you need highly skilled, hands-on help that can "do" and not just "consult", we can help. As experienced industry practitioners, we sometimes take the role of interim management at the request of our clients.

Our Qualifications:

• All of our people have successfully led large and small organizations across every function in the supply chain for "blue chip" companies.
• We have taken on this role successfully in turnaround and non-turnaround situations.
• We know how to excel at the basics and we know how to implement Lean Production when it can help.

How We Work

1. We develop a detailed plan of action in the first week that limits your risk
2. In week 2, we begin to execute the details of the plan
3. Based upon the performance ramp by week 3, and the stability of the situation, we work in 1- to 3-week intervals to accomplish aggressive, tangible goals
4. During our involvement, we continuously review results against objectives, and revise plans and actions to better deliver results
5. As early as possible, we establish a process to turn our interim roles over to full-time employees
